Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sirphire. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a hassle-free no-cost return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Return Conditions:

  1. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  3. All original tags, labels, and accessories should be intact and included with the return.
  4. Items that are damaged, used, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return.
  5. Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return.
  6. The refund amount will be subject to deduction of delivery and return-to-origin (RTO) costs, amounting to Rs. 99 per side.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact our customer support at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, contact information, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions and the return address: Sirphire, Office No 2, 2nd Floor, Wing A , Vyapar Kendra Gurugram, Haryana 122017 (India).
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, and attach a copy of the confirmation email.
  4. Ship the package to the provided return address using a reliable and trackable shipping method of your choice. The cost of shipping the return will be your responsibility.

Broken/Damaged Product:

  1. If you receive a broken or damaged product, please report it to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Send an email to [email protected] with clear unboxing video of the damaged product, packaging, and a brief description of the damage.
  3. Our customer support team will review the case and provide further instructions on returning the damaged item.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
  2. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase.
  3. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


  1. Items returned after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Any product not in its original condition or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
  3. Personalized or customized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
